  1. Type keywords into the search box then press Enter to begin searching. You can narrow your search to a specific time range using the date selectors to the right of the search box.
  2. Searches are limited to only presentations in the categories selected in the categories tree. If nothing is selected, search will query all presentations.

  1. You can sort presentations using the drop-down selection box.
  2. The tree below the search box can be expanded to display the different categories of the presentations. The tree can be hidden using the "Hide Tree" button. When navigating away from the page and returning, your search preferences will be preserved.
  3. Use the "Check All" and "Uncheck All" buttons to quickly fill or reset the tree. Note that if you are searching and a tree has no categories selected, your search terms will apply to all categories.
  4. Clicking on a category name to select it will limit your search terms to only that category.
  5. A "Reset" button will un-check any selected categories from the tree, restore the settings, and collapse the tree.
  6. The two buttons in the bottom-right of the information bar change the way presentations are displayed; "tiled view" is more compact, while the "stack view" (default) includes a thumbnail-preview of all the slides in the presentation.
  7. A list of presentations that match the selected criteria will be displayed below the information bar. Slides are shown in a scrolling panel if in list view, otherwise the first slide is shown.
  8. Slides which are in the presentation file, but do not appear in the accompanied video are marked with a crossed out camera. These slides can be shown or hidden via a checkbox in the search bar.
  9. Clicking on a slide will launch the presentation viewer, with that slide selected, and the video queued up to that slide's first occurrence in the talk.

  1. When viewing a presentation, the left panel displays the video of the lecture.
  2. The panel on the right displays the current presentation slide.
  3. Below these panels is a horizontal display of thumbnails for all the slides in the presentation. Mousing over a slide will display it in the right panel, along with the time or times that the slide appears atiin the video. Clicking on a slide will queue up the video to the first time that slide appears. Slides that are shown in the video more than once are marked with a small icon on the bottom of the slide thumbnail. To jump to a different time, place the cursor over the thumbnail, and click on the time in the popup menu.
  4. Slides which were in the presentation file, but did not appear in the accompanied video are marked with a crossed out camera. These slides can be shown or hidden from the thumbnails display via a corresponding checkbox.
  5. Clicking on the "Center active slide" button will adjust the thumbnail display, and place in the middle of the panelthe thumbnail of the slide currently shown in the video.
  6. You can search within the current presentation's slides using the search box.
